The Big-Box Store That Never Was — 1970s Psychedelic Edition

🌈 The Big-Box Store That Never Was — 1970s Psychedelic Edition

What if the big-box store had launched in 1971?
Not as a discount retail machine. As a Day-Glo fever dream.
Pillow-form bubble letters in full rainbow cascade — electric orange bleeding into hot pink, acid yellow, lime green, electric violet. Starbursts orbiting the wordmark like it's a concert announcement for the cosmos. Swirling organic ribbons at every corner, because why not.
The 1970s didn't ask if it was too much. That was the whole point.
